Mush is an eclectic retail store with an emphasis on home décor. We feature art, antiques and gifts, and strive to bring back the fresh, stylish and colorful image that was characteristic of the neighborhood in its hay-day and re-vamp its rich history. We pride ourselves on our individuality. Inspired by the past, stimulated by the present and dedicated to the future each item has been selected by Michelle van der Heijden (owner), who draws from her 20 years of experience in retail and Interior Design both on the East and West Coasts. The store, located in a historical Landmark Building built by one of Hollywood’s Premier Film-makers and Producers Mr. Cecil B. DeMille in keeping with its heritage, represents various artists and serves the Film Industry as an Art Rental House as well. Our mission is to contribute to the re-development of our beloved neighborhood, to add value to our growing community, to people’s homes and to their lives and help re-define the contemporary meaning behind the glory of Hollywood. featured reviews and links: |
